Grandma decided to take her family on a cruise to celebrate her upcoming 80th birthday ... and once we got over the shock (Grandma is a depression era child after all), BH and I decided to make a loooong vacation of it.
So the final log went something like this:
Houston to Denver, Denver to Seattle - flight
Seattle to Olympic National Forest to Seattle - drive
Seattle to Vancouver BC - train
Cruise from Vancouver BC to Anchorage, AK - boat
Anchorage, AK to Denali National Park to Anchorage, AK - train
Anchorage to Denver, Denver to Houston - flight
3 weeks and 2 days later we finally drag our exhausted selves home.
